ABOUT THE FOUNDATION

KJ-REF is an outfit that is born out of the passion for souls being saved and their wellness on earth. As a full-time pastor with the Living Faith Church Worldwide, I and my wife have been privileged to pastor in different cities, towns within and outside the shores of Nigeria. Meeting with various ethnic groups and nationals, we discovered that there is a factor that remain constant – poverty and ill health is no respect of race and class of people.

My primary assignment as a pastor is to preach and expand the kingdom of God by spreading the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Jesus is concerned about our well-being

I recount the account of the feeding of thousands by Jesus after he ministered the Word to the multitude, he said give them bread to eat. He performed the miracle of multiplication of bread and fed 5,000 and 7,000 in different occasions (Matt 15:32: Mk 8:3). This implies that Jesus was and is still concerned about our physical and spiritual well-being. The gospel is balanced, before we go back to meet with our Lord Jesus Christ in heaven, we must make a meaningful proof of our sojourn here on earth. Jesus did not only feed them, he taught them on how to trade with talents (Matt 25:15-29). He even agreed that an idle person should be hired and get paid (Matt 20:1-8). Apostle Paul wrote in his epistle to the Thessalonians that "_if any would not work, neither should he eat" 2Thess 3:10.

With all these in mind, the vision of helping people to be self-reliant and improve in their wellness in life by having skills to trade with, became an arm of my ministry. I fashioned in the free skill training program and free medical outreach into my evangelism strategy and up to date, it has yielded results in preaching to those that will not want to come into the four walls of the church but will be free to come and learn a skill. It has also helped many church members out of unemployment as the monster of unemployment is being pushed to a weaken defensive while for some it is another source of income because they have time at their disposal.

To the glory of God, we have witnessed thousands of people trained both within and outside the shores of Nigeria. What gladdens our hearts are the testimonies from the trainees and the fact that today most of them now have a stable source of income.

PASTOR MUYIWA JAMES OLAITAN

CHAIRMAN/PRESIDENT

The visionary and executive Chairman of KJ-ROYALE EMPOWERMENT FOUNDATION is Pastor Muyiwa Olaitan James. In Nigeria, he was called and ordained to serve as a pastor with Living Faith Church Worldwide. In 25 years of full-time ministry, he has a proven track record of providing excellent service to both God and humanity. Pastor Muyiwa is a task-oriented and people-oriented leader who has served and continues to serve in and outside of Nigeria. Nii Jormor (chief of blessing) is a title bestowed upon him as a result of his influence among the Ga tribe in Accra, Ghana.

As a missionary and visionary, his desire to see men and women succeed in life has made him a people's man. He has little or no tolerance for idleness and he always says "I cannot pastor jobless people". This is not a pointless phrase, because he followed it up by providing opportunities for people to learn and acquire skills that can be translated into money. He believes in miracles and divine healing, but he also believes in seeking medical help to achieve physical healing for those who have not grown in faith to the point of receiving divine healing. Pastor Muyiwa graduated from the University of Ilorin with a degree in Zoology and from the Word of Faith Bible Institute, the Bible school arm of the Living Faith Church. To God's glory, he has written three powerful books on prayers namely; Miracle Marriage, Miracle Babies and Prayer Manuals For Healing. He is married with wonderful children.

MRS OLUBUNMI JAMES

MD/CEO

Olubunmi James the wife of the chairman is a life coach with over 25 years of experience working with women, youths, parents and guardians. She is also involved in the development of positive practices and a healthy attitude toward life by providing general guidance and counseling to everyone who crosses her path, both young and old.
Olubunmi is a highly intelligent woman with a keen eye for details. She is skilled at counseling individuals on issues such as career development, human capacity development, health and well-being, and conflict resolution. She’s a seasoned relationship counselor with a track record of success

She has collaborated with institutions and groups to develop a variety of approach principles that have been well received and recommended for implementation. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization alongside her husband in their various fields of mission assignment, bringing her noble wealth of experience to support this noble assignment. It is worth noting that her leadership skills are commendable in terms of simplicity, task focus, and human-centeredness. She is one of the directors of MANKAM Ltd, a company that provides human capacity building, business development and corporate training. Olubunmi has a Ph. D. B.Th. From Harvest-Time International Bible Institute, USA, M.Sc and B.Sc in Psychology (First Class Honors) from the University Of Ibadan and she is an Associate member of NISLT (University of Ilorin). She has basic certificates in Conflict Resolution, Strategic Management and Human Resource Management. She has also completed the 35-hour Project Management Professional course. She is the author of two books

KOREDE ANJOLAOLUWA JAMES

Korede James is a purpose driven, creative and an inspired lady. She is a master’s degree graduate from the school of architecture Covenant University, Ota Nigeria. She has years of experience as a design architect after school and currently works in an Estate development outfit. She has various educational certificates from some of the best schools in the world.
These certifications cut across Project management courses. Leadership courses. Psychology courses and courses about sustainable development. This is because she is very passionate about these issues.

Korede has held leadership roles wherever she found herself. She had the privilege to serve as the Public relations officer and General Secretary of the Society of Architecture students while she was in the university. She has also been involved in intense research into some of the issues concerning design and architecture and how her profession can alleviate structural tensions in a community setting. She is very passionate about self-development and particularly interested in the spiritual growth and development of young adults and teenagers. In her local church assembly, she is a teen's teaching assistant and children's' church teacher. She is an active team member of social organisations like KJ-REF. PASTOR MANASSEH KWAME ASIEDU

Pastor Manasseh Kwame Asiedu, is currently the Lead Pastor for BEAUTY FOR ASHES POWER MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL located in Tarkwa Western Region of Ghana, with branches in Western North, Central Region of Ghana and Nigeria. He has background in Accounting and Human Resources and has been preaching for the past 15 years. Trained and served under the ministry of Bishop David Oyedepo of Living Faith Church for 10 years. Pastor Manasseh, as affectionately called has written 2 books that’s: Excellence in Marriage and Breaking Spiritual Attacks.
He is married to Mrs. Ernestina Asiedu and blessed with 3 children.
